Nuclear Hormone Receptors (NHRs)
Nuclear Hormone Receptors (NHRs) are a superfamily of ligand-dependent transcription factors that control diverse aspects of growth, development and homeostasis, making them exciting and important targets for drug discovery.

DiscoveRx offers series of assays that measure NHR translocation and NHR-coactivator interaction. These unique assays are chemiluminescent and do not require lengthy 16-24 hour compound incubations characteristic of standard reporter gene assays.
